May is the time for dissertations, assignments and exams…a busy and stressful time! We would like to support you in the library, with books and resources to help you be successful in your studies and encourage you to look after yourself at the same time. 

We can help with ideas on study tips, managing your time, strategies to help with anxiety, phone apps and space to relax and take time out. You will even find stress releasing bubble wrap ready to pop!


There is a free fruit giveaway every Wednesday in Luton

 and Bedford libraries 


 Keep yourself hydrated and eat healthily. This will maintain energy and concentration levels. 



Need a break or time to refocus?  Why not try Mindfulness or the Connect and Chill station at Bedford campus library.

Mindfulness every Tuesday 12-12.45pm in the Teaching Practice Room, 3rd floor, Bedford Library, run by Nicola Smith (Student Support)

Connect and Chill every Thursday 12.30-2.30pm on the ground floor, Bedford library. Station offering free tea, coffee and hot chocolate and a chat.  Run by SeedBeds.
