Mood-Boosting Books for January 2022

This month, we’re recommending books to help you beat the “January blues” and boost your mood.  

Our displays include books on nutrition and exercise such as recipes and yoga, and stress management and mindfulness with self-help guides, alongside a selection of books chosen to soothe and entertain you. 

Below are our campus book displays at Bedford and Luton.
